Open up the word template click in the upper left corner so you can see the blinking cursor.
• Go to Insert .. Picture (or photo ) from file.
• Find the photo file and double click to insert it.
• Once it is in the document double click on the image.
(You will need to adjust the “Text Wrapping” because when a photo is inserted the default is “In Line With Text” so you must change this before you can move the photo around.)
• Double clicking on the picture will reveal the tools to “Format the picture”
• Find the “Wrap Text” option.
• Select “Behind Text” to make the picture moveable.
• Re-size the picture by clicking on the dots around the edge and re-size to fit the image into the box areas.
